Welcome to Oakville Soccer Club
The Oakville Soccer Club, a non-for-profit organization, was created in 1972 through the merger of the Bronte Legion Soccer Club, Oakville United Soccer Club and Oakville Minor Soccer. It has become the largest community soccer organization in Canada with more than 12,000 players and over 900 volunteer and professional coaches. The Club is based at its 100,000 square foot indoor soccer facility at Pine Glen Road in North Oakville and carries the Gold Standard Award for Club Excellence from the Ontario Soccer Association. The Club’s tradition of excellence includes eight national championships, 56 Ontario Cup winners and a large number of players selected to represent Canada at the international level. Several hundred OSC players have also earned scholarships with universities and colleges in Canada and the United States.
Advancing Every Player
OSC's Five-Year Strategic Plan, adopted in 2011, is built around the principle of ensuring that each individual player in the Club be given the opportunity to advance his or her soccer and life skills. As such, the Club's Technical Development Plan features genuinely player-centric program design, with investment in player development rather than focusing on individual game results, winning trophies and on-pitch accolades. It is the vision of the OSC that players play and enjoy soccer at every level at home and around the world.
Mission
We are a soccer club serving the community of Oakville enabling every player regardless of age or ability to be the best they can be.
Values
Respect, Teamwork, Fun, Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, Community
